"We stayed in a 4-beds room, all furniture is in good condition. The setting is same as shown. The room has some spaces to open up 2 large suitcases. The washroom and shower room are separate, and towels are provided. I will suggest to add some hooks in the shower room for handing the towels."

"The hotel front desk staff were very organized. We had shipped our luggage earlier from Tokyo and they had it ready for us on arrival. The man at the front desk always stopped to give my children Halloween candy. The room is spacious. The area around the hotel is great, close to a grocery store, Don Quixote, Daiso, it’s 3 minute walk to Shinsekai, 8 minutes walk to Tennoji Zoo etc. also walkable to Dotonburi and Namba. "Loved zen vibes and tatami floor. The location is convenient if you like to walk and explore. It takes 10-15min to Tenoji station by foot and there’s shopping malls and lots of restaurants (less tourists which I liked) I would walk to Namba area, it took me maybe 25min. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean. Only down side is they don’t have a coin laundry but there is a laundromat 3 min away. "

"They were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had left something in our closet and came back a week later and they had held on to it for us. My husband is vegetarian and the waitress in the restaurant made sure to inform him of everything that was safe for him to eat at the buffet. "

"I liked this hotel. But I was shocked that when I misplaced my hotel key card, I was charged 3000 yen for a replacement. Everyone was friendly and nice though and were keen to help with what I needed "

"The hotel is just 5 min walk to the shinseki which offers a good range of supper and drinking options. It is also near to the osaka metro line which brings you to the town easily. A good place to come back to if i were to revisit osaka"

"We very recently stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel is only a 10 min walk from Momodani station which is very conveniently on the Osaka Loop line into Osaka and also back to KIX. The staff were lovely, the room was quite spacious and although the restaurant was not operational there are plenty of dining options around the station which do some lovely breakfasts and dinners. It was a great base for our sightseeing and we would definitely recommend this hotel as an option to stay around Osaka."
