This is the best hotel I stayed in Japan, a lot of complimentary stuff and the staffs are helpful and my kids have fun in the hotel as well Got playground, free game station, infant foods and free ramen. I definitely will book this hotel again if I planning to go to Osaka in future!

Love the hotel and the generous amenities, a lot of plastic waste generated. Hotel location superb I love the Bali themed hotel with frog, but I’m abit lost why there is a limousine parked outside hotel which hasn’t run in years.

They were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had left something in our closet and came back a week later and they had held on to it for us. My husband is vegetarian and the waitress in the restaurant made sure to inform him of everything that was safe for him to eat at the buffet.

Excellent location. Room is small but very clean. This hotel has all the facilities and amenities you could think of, and there’re free drinks, free ramen and free afternoon tea! ホテルは観光のために泊まるところというイメージがありましたが 子供も大人も楽しめフリードリンクや小さいながらもゲームセンターや子供向けの遊具、岩盤浴や漫画コーナーがありアメニティも豊富で飽きることなくチェックアウトまでしっかり楽しむことができました 部屋の空きが出たからと無料で子供向けの部屋にグレードアップもしていただきスタッフの対応もよく満足の行く観光ができました

キッズスペースがあるため、飽きることなく遊ぶことができ、こどもは大満足でした。 ご飯はキッズコーナーがあり、火傷しないように常温での提供でこどもに対しての配慮がすごく良かったです。 スタッフさんも親切で笑顔でいい思い出ができました。 有り難うございました。
