"We stayed here for 3 nights including Christmas Eve. There was a small delay with check in, but the hotel was incredibly quick to rectify this and this was greatly appreciated. The room was lovely, the view was incredible. The staff were friendly and quick to assist with any queries. The breakfast was divine, and being on Christmas, they went the extra mile to celebrate this. There were Christmas foods and treats, and it all felt festive. The whole stay was a lovely experience, and we can’t wait to stay again."

"Staff were extremely accomodating and lovely throughout the entire stay. Breakfast was yum! We stayed during the Christmas period and appreciated the extra festivities the hotel put on for free. Location was very convenient with walking distance to public transport close by. The hotel is a very busy area of the city but we enjoyed it. "
