"Property advertised was not the property we got. Paid for a three bedroom penthouse and got a two bedroom non penthouse. Advertised Address on expedia in in jersey city and phone number for contact on expedia is incorrect. Although Gary was very nice and helpfull the listing of property and what was paid for was was not the same whether expedia miss listing or not idk. The room was still nice just wasn't what i paid for on expedia "

"Great customer service by the team at the front desk, very friendly and helpful. Definitely I will come back but if you planning to dine at the hotel the restaurant is HIGHLY overpriced and drinks are awful. Better to go out and enjoy the city and eat & drink better food. "

"The only two things I don’t like. The first one being the noises around the hotel. They don’t settle into late in the night. The other thing is the hiding fee of being there daily. That wasn’t nice since one is already paying a lot. I haven’t seen it in other hotels."

"Not worth upgrading your room to a higher floor. $15 per nite extra for a higher floor that goes up 22 flights to see in an aly way. Dont waist your money. Free breakfast is danish, apple, banana, and OJ. The coffee bar was nice though. . "
