"Beautiful hotel, we were there for NYE, food was excellent however, the bar was understaffed and there were no chairs for people to sit after dinner, no staff seem to have the common sense to get chairs for people v odd was there was lots of space for them, a v expensive night away to have no seat seems unbelievable really. "A lovely hotel situated right at St. Stephen's Green and just a short walk to Grafton Street for shopping. The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful, always smiling and always looking to help in some way. A large spacious room with everything you need to be comfortable for your stay. Nice breakfast selection too. Highly recommended when you're in Dublin. "

"Really enjoyable stay as always. Facilities excellent , room very comfortable and food was decent in the bar in the evening. Only improvement I can suggest is to get more EV chargers and make sure they’re fast chargers . For a hotel this size to have just 2 “slow chargers” isn’t good enough. This would be a deciding factor for me and many of my colleagues as a recharge is crucial when staying at a hotel "
