"Able to have breakfast in our room, do laundry and had a dishwasher. The only issue we had were that the beds were low to the ground and difficult to get out of. Also, we missed the weekly housekeeping day but we were able to get towels from housekeeping in hallway. Front desk staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the common areas to sit with our friends and visit in the evening. "

"The hotel was central to a lot of shops and gardens.A good bus service allowed easy transport to other attractions ie Guinness store. Rooms spacious with all amenities and kept spotless by staff.We did not have meals at hotel however used Steam cafe within hotel for coffee and light bites.We had an enjoyable stay at hotel and impressed by city overall .Sure to be back."

"Bathroom was out dated and had cracks and was a bit rusty all around it. For the price it should have been better. Everything else was great. The staff and other facilities were excellent."

"We were here for a short stay. The staff were wonderful. They were helpful and kind. They gave us suggestions on how to get around and sights to see. The room was nice with everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful and a treat to be pampered by the waitstaff. The only suggestion I have is to have a guest laundry available. "
