Great hotel for basic accommodations. It is a pedestrian only walking area so the taxis cannot get to the front entrance. But the tram is right there and the staff is great such as Theresa at Osten Bar and Faye at the front desk and Phil providing that extra excellent service.

Only stayed here for two nights and it was fine. Walkable area and public transit was right outside to get into the city. The Lady who worked in the restaurant and reception area (pink shirt and black blazer) didn't seem to welcoming or friendly. Overall my stay was fine.

The staff were polite and helpful. Driving to the hotel was inconvenient, especially when you’re driving yourself. The rooms were average but comfortable. It was an easy drive from the hotel to the airport, about 20 minutes or so, but didn’t have to fight with Dublin traffic.

The staff was so helpful for our first trip to Dublin. They answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome from the start. The location is great as there is a Tram right outside the Hotel. Also a great cafe next door for morning coffee and breakfast. There is a shopping mall next door with lots of food and shopping options. Very clean, quiet, safe. Absolutely would stay there again.

Excellent experience! Staff was wonderful and the onsite restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Try the sticky toffee pudding, you won't be disappointed.
