"Bonjour, j’ai beaucoup aimé la suite. Cependant, lorsque nous sommes arrivés le 24 il y avait deux baluchons d’oreillers qui traînaient à côté de notre porte et à notre départ le 26 ils étaient toujours là, j’ai trouvé ça un peu ordinaire mais en général nous avons passé un très bon séjour à cet hôtel. Aussi, j’ai trouvé que les options de déjeuner étaient un peu limités."

"The hotel was new, so it was clean and looks super modern. The pillows were not great. I'm guessing they are goose down, but they felt like they were filled with small sticks. Other than that, the beds are comfy. Shower and bathroom are great. We were disappointed that breakfast was not included in our stay. There was no justification. Our key cards told us we "were not permitted" breakfast. This deterred is from even wanting to purchase breakfast from the hotel. It definitely was a turn off....

"Excellent property in a great location. The parking recommendations were not helpful without better instruction. It was difficult to find this property on a rainy Saturday evening during the holidays (many pedestrians and closed roads) and better instructions on how to unload our belongings prior to parking in the nearby lot would have been helpful. Otherwise, excellent place and would definitely recommend. "

"The receptionist with an Arabic name (I'm so sorry I didn't retain your name) was absolutely fantastic: smiley, helpful, kind, had very good manners and made a very positive first impression. The guy the next day less so. Someone had taken my parking spot and the way he handled it was unprofessional to me. He had a negative energy and tone that was unpleasant. He also complained about the weather when we were leaving the hotel to check the parking spots. It's Quebec (City), so we all know what...

"The property manager is nice and accommodating. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room is quiet and the bed is comfortable. I do wish the room could have the option of having blackout curtains or sheer curtains. The room only has blackout curtains. Overall, good hotel; near to places we wanted to visit."

"This property is located in Old Town Quebec. It’s within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom are somewhat small but well appointed. There’s no coffee or fridge in the room but coffee and a continental breakfast (separate charge) was available. The hotel did provide a small fridge to our friends who needed to store medication. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again."
