"Great stay at Chill Suites. Checkin went smoothly and quickly. Staff were on hand via watsapp if needed. Room was very clean when we arrived and cleaned thoroughly on request. Air conditioning worked well. Great location for Jalan Alor street, LaLaport mall and Berjaya Times Square a 10mins walk. Hang Tua station lees than 10 mins away and is the nearest station. "

"On my last night I needed sleep for an early flight, there was a party being held on rooftop above my room. The party went on very late and was EXTREMELY loud. It sounded like a live concert was going on outside my room with the music and people literally screaming and cheering. Other than that, it’s a really nice hotel. Good breakfast, friendly staff, nicely located in China Town."

"Opus residences are an amazing complex with 2 swimming pools, mini golf, gym, rock climbing, supermarket, jacuzzi…but in a 3 night stay we had no housekeeping in our apartment at all (despite contracted), we had 2 towels for a 3 person apartment that were never replaced in 3 days. Find accommodation in Opus residences but with a better management company."

"The property is "ok" but there is no body to offer any sort of services. We inadvertently booked 3 apartments instead of 1, upon checking we pointed out the error and took only 1 apartment, informed Hotels.com, followed up with Hotels.com multiple times but they were unable to reach the hotel. Ethics are questionable at best- granted it was our mistake, but they could have let us know upon check-in and we would have taken the other 2 apartments as well. You can't reach them if you need...

"This was a true 5 star stay. Modern room layout had the bath in the middle with beds, sink, coffee nook and changing area on four sides. broad view of the city center from high up the building. Restaurant and room service food was top notch. And overall service was great. I needed an early morning ride to the airport and the concierge was very helpful finding me a ride. One thing to note: the lobby is at the top floor so one has to take an express elevator to the top then take another elevator down to the rooms. "
