"Excellent customer service. We requested a shuttle to pick us up and return to the airport, and they immediately helped us. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and quiet. The hotel restaurant has a stunning view. There is lots of security around at all times. The concierge is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this Hotel."

"The hotel is a diamond within a scruffy neighborhood. A wonderful oasis within the historic core of Mexico City. It's sited on a quarter-block park which removes it a touch from the roar of traffic. Staff is fantastic and the included breakfast is unparalleled."

"For a short and first stay in Mexico City this was perfect. Very clean and super close to the Zocalo. I was there for art week, so the city was buzzing. I had never been to Mexico city before so this place was perfect. Easy taxi drive from the airport, and then very close and easy to get to Juarez etc. My room was perfect size, clean, and fairly quite for being in a busy area. I would definitely recommend for a first time traveler to CDMX. "

"This property is wonderfully located in the Historic District of Mexico City. I don’t know if you could find a more elegant apartment anywhere. Great location. Restaurants, pharmacy, medical evaluations, museums, a pedestrian only boulevard, and awesome city park all easy to enjoy. Francisco ensures security and is very helpful to make sure you feel safe and welcome. "

"This place is one of those hidden gems you almost don’t want to leave a review out of fear more people will find out. The rooms are beautifully curated and the attentiveness of staff is unmatched. The property is quiet despite being located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown. There are very few hotels I’d go back to ahain, but this one will definitely be my go to lodging in CDMX."

"Absolutely loved my stay at Marlowe hotel and have been telling all my friends who want to visit Mexico City. Close to everything, I love to walk and see everything. All staff were amazing especially Moritcio at front desk. He tried to help with my ballet ticket and other tours that picked up at hotel. Will definitely stay here again. "
