"No outside windows. Reduced amount of air/oxygen in the rooms as a result. Mexico City is already on a high elevation with a reduced amount of oxygen, so be careful if this is your first trip to the city, this hotel may exacerbate your high altitude sickness symptoms. Also, since all the windows are into the indoor hall it gets super loud, you can hear everything that's happening in the halls and there's no any kind of enforcement for noise reduction. Their checkout is also really early at 10am...

"The doormen are amazing and helpful. We didn't really interact with any other staff. Loved the location and size of our room. My only criticism is they could improve a bit on supplying more basic amenities for the rooms (towels, toilet paper, etc) and it might be time to shampoo the carpets. "Do not book this property. I should’ve listened to the other reviews. The host does not communicate and there is nobody on-site to help in any way. They promised check-in instructions but I didn’t get anything until 9pm the day of check-in! Which means I was stuck on the street! When I finally got in, I found the place to be very poor quality. "I have stayed here at least 8-10 times. The hotel is much more comfortable now that the renovation has been done. The convenience of walking across the bridge to Terminal 1 for an early flight can't be beat. They also offer a shuttle van to Terminal 2 which is much easier than taking the monorail AeroTren. (I do miss the Italian restaurant that was on site, but closed before 2020. It was excellent.)"
