"I loved this place. I stayed 5 nights just recently, this month. The location is my favourite, with the local flavour, laundry, cafes, restaurants, subway and bus routes nearby. The staff is great, friendly, polite and helpful. I recommend it highly."

"Liked - the aesthetic is beautiful. Room is spacious and well laid out. Towels and robes are fluffy. Wifi worked well. Breakfast (pastries from Rosetta Panaderia!) was well prepared. Staff was friendly. Location - for us, anyway - was ideal. Didn't care for - the surprise $40/night service charge for...no idea on arrival. As breakfast and wifi are included and there are no spa/sauna/fitness center on site, its unclear what you're paying for. Wasn't explained by Expedia or the hotel in advance...

"A very well situated apartment in one of the City’s best neighbourhoods. The metro and metro bus are nearby. Roma Norte has some very chic and desirable restaurants, plus some up market shopping. Jorge the manager speaks very good English and is extremely helpful in all manner of things. The building is very secure and has a roof terrace, laundry and small gym. Highly recommended. "

"Beautiful property in the heart of Roma Norte. Unique architectural design with incredibly rooms and common area. The bedding was one of the most comfortable in a hotel we’ve had and the breakfast in the morning is Rosetta. Highly recommend "

"Guy and Fernando were so welcoming and had so many tips for us. They also sent over guides of the different neighborhoods which was very helpful. The chilaquiles and fresh fruit in the morning was delicious. The rooms were really nice and spacious with high ceilings and really nice decor. The only drawback for us was that on the last day the water ran out for a little bit, but other than that it was a great stay and we would fully recommend it to others!"

"Great location with many walking distance options. The room had all the necessary items in the kitchen. The decor was lovely. My only recommendation and why I rated a 4 is the shower. The rain head shower head had very poor water pressure. This was disappointing after a long trip and looking forward to a shower. "

"Our first time in Mexico City . The best part of the hotel was the location. Walkable to everything in Roma Norte . The room was clean and the staff was friendly . The rooftop was very nice to lay out for a couple of hours. Will return and recommend. "

"The location was great. The girl at the front desk was extremely helpful and made coffee every afternoon to create a great atmosphere. But only one room has any real windows. I actually booked that room, but it turns out that there are other "luxury" rooms besides the one in the pictures. Mine was small with no windows. Also note that they do not have 24 hr reception - you need a code to enter so make sure you have data in Mexico to get your code. "

"I had a lovely day. It was small. It was intimate. It was private. If you’re looking for a resort, this is not your place. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat, this is the perfect place for you to be. You could stay in or you can go out. The neighborhood is cool. It was always bustling. There was a little bit of street noise. But I think we all know how to handle that at this time in history. "

"Great stay for a few days in the city- has everything you need and dressing gowns are a nice touch. Be aware that at weekends it’s next door to a night club with music Thurs Fri Sat. Wouldnt recommend for a longer stay as cleaning has to be requested and our request wasn’t met."
