"I had an extended stay here to help out with a family member undergoing cancer treatment. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfy and mine was quite spacious, and the staff was friendly. I want to particularly shout out to the black girl who was at the front desk some evenings. She was so friendly! The only negative was that the breakfast could have been better, but it is standard for this class of hotel. I would have gone next door to its sister hotel, but the weather was not the best while...

"My recent stay at the Hyatt Place in Nashville Henderson was fantastic! Such great service all around. My number one favorite thing was how quiet it was in the room. Will for sure be coming back again. My only request would be it would be great to have microwaves in the rooms. Sometimes we would have leftovers, and it would be hard to heat it up without a microwave. Just a convivence factor. "

"Wonderful location and customer service. Harim was our receptionist. However, one word of advice: do not leave ANYTHING in your car. When we were there, there were multiple hotels in a row that had cars broken into. Our hotel had 10 cars that had the windows broken out and items stolen out of the car. Those of us that did not have anything at all in the car did not have our cars damaged."
