"With regards to the beds I found bed at ITC far better. Bathroom facilities ......at time they had a face cloth sometimes they dont. Shower facility good but if a bit larger it would be much better and for the elderly sit and shower as in ITC would be good."

"A pleasant experience all in all. I just felt a slight smell of damp in my room and carpet was old. Also drain in bath could have done with a scrub. The room was quite small as I didn’t have enough room to open my suitcase without tripping over it. Otherwise, had a comfy bed. Clean toilet. Clean towels and accessories. "Hotel is very nice can’t complain. Some staff are very friendly like Rakesh in the main restaurant and Dev at concierge. It’s a very busy hotel and sometime the service takes longer, so just bear that in mind when calling the bellboy to get your bags or when you requested room service. "
