"All the walls were with pan and gutka spots, bed sheets were dirty, had yellow stains, holes. Bedroom not at all clean after the previous customer checked out. Bathroom didn’t have hot water access, bathroom tiles were broken, taps were leaking and no shower head Avoid at all costs even if they are willing to pay you to stay in their hotel"

"With regards to the beds I found bed at ITC far better. Bathroom facilities ......at time they had a face cloth sometimes they dont. Shower facility good but if a bit larger it would be much better and for the elderly sit and shower as in ITC would be good."

"A pleasant experience all in all. I just felt a slight smell of damp in my room and carpet was old. Also drain in bath could have done with a scrub. The room was quite small as I didn’t have enough room to open my suitcase without tripping over it. Otherwise, had a comfy bed. Clean toilet. Clean towels and accessories.
