Facilities of the property and ambience was great. Rooms were clean and turned down service daily which was excellent stuff for very friendly and helpful. The Shangri-La is a beautiful hotel and a happy place to be in. The service at the Lounge bar was somewhat slow but the staff were always courteous and kind. Overall, it is a super hotel, and I will definitely come back again.

Stay in colombo

Stay was very delightful. Service was excellent. Great bar with live music and exceptional bar staff. Overall price is a bit high for stay in Sri lanka compared to the hotels around the area.
