It was dusty behind the furniture & air vents and the elevator had exposed lightbulbs. The leg room of the toilet was limited. There is no elevator so accessibility is very limited. "This hotel was the best we stayed at for our entire Japan trip. The room was very clean, it was quite spacious, the bathroom was very clean, and the bath tub actually fit a 6'3" man (which is saying something in Japan). The shuttle was great for access to Disneyland and Disney Sea as well as the food and shopping area near by. If and when we make another trip back to Japan for Tokyo Disney, I would happily stay here again. "
