"A dip in the hot tub and enjoying the outdoors. Nice breakfast. Attentive staff and helpful when needing something. Workout room could be improved. No circulating air or fan. Nice treadmills with TV monitors, but very limited,2 channels. What happened to cable tv? Empty water and cup dispenser. Spend the money to make it nice. Otherwise, a very nice place to rest and relax. "

"The Riverdale Inn is beautifully restored and there are some lovely rooms in the main house. We had one night in a pretty, spacious light room at the top of the house. Unfortunately our second and third nights were in “Lancaster, a premium double room” in a converted garage in a second building in the car park.
