Staff were polite and helpful and went above and beyond to put my two rooms together and meet our allergy needs. The hotel is older and needs an update but our room was clean and had the most comfortable beds and pillows. The river view was amazing! Would definitely return!

Very nice and spacious hotel with a very good location and very friendly staff. I just want to point out that there is parking available but it is not included, as is breakfast. We really prefer this option to be included when booking to know the real cost of the stay.

Great location for fireworks on the river! Great rooms but the mattresses were inconsistent. Shower was good. Breakfast options were convenient inside the hotel. Dining options are more limited than other areas in the city unless you are able to get into Morton's.
