"Staff are friendly, helpful and nice. Single room is very small, no window. Hot water doesnt run, but who needs one in Jakarta? AC works very well, the single bed is comfortable, clean and enough firmness. Breakfast is good. Elevator is slow but works. Wifi at the third floor is on and off, weak signal.
