The room is spacious and very comfy. Breakfast was amazing and I really like their coffee. Service is something that all Tugu hotels share, always warm, genuine, and caring. To me, this is the perfect weekend getaway hotel."

The best breakfast buffet for $5 usd and to get a couple pairs of underwear/ undershirts and socks was going to cost $20 usd !!!! "In the hotel, although some of the decorations were tacky because of Lunar New Year. Which has the power because it was close to the Historic Dutch colonial area of Jakarta, which was huge disappointment. The doorman insisted on calling us a taxi instead of letting us go to the street, said it would be four minutes, and 15 minutes later said the taxi had canceled and he would call another. We walked out in the street and held a taxi in less than one minute. The breakfast buffet was beautiful...

"Hotel is too isolated in the middle of the expo centre. There are no eateries around the hotel unless you drive out. It is unsafe to come back alone to hotel. If you are stranded any where in the expo if you plan to walk in, you will be rob. It is dark and feeling unsafe. Restaurant for breakfast is small, table and chairs setting are cónjested, so avoid eating breakfast in the Peak hours in morning. "

"Had a great stay here while attending a concert! The location is excellent, especially being close to JIS. We got a room overlooking the pool, which was a nice bonus. Even though we arrived at 12, our room was already ready with no queue, which was a great start to our stay. We also requested a welcome drink, and they kindly provided us with two drink vouchers that we could redeem at the restaurant near the pool. "This hotel is good if you're on a tight budget. There were some areas of uncleanliness but it can be overlooked if you lower your expectations. The pictures of the hotel are much brighter than real life. Would I come back again? If I were staying alone and on a very tight budget, this isn't a bad choice.
