"It took me 15 mins to check in because of presumably some problem with other visitor. When taking more than 10 mins to check in, I hope staff inform me about estimated time to wait. I feel like it's waste of time to wait."

"Pretty good for what it is. The best part of this place is proximity to train station, the amazing service, private capsules, and amazing food nearby. Try Djakarte and Historia, which are both nearby. There is also a plaza nearby with night attractions, live music, etc. Staff are so friendly and helpful!"

"Aircondition not working, they not change the room also smoking in the room , I am asthma patient I request non smoking room but all room are smoking room there, I am not recommending any one to take that hotal, even you pay $20 more you get the 5 times better hotal in Jakarta in that area."

"Internet connection more OFF than ON. VERY CONFUSING: 2 D’primas in close proximity. ITC Mangga Dua and WTC Mangga Dua. I accidentally booked an extra night at the wrong one. Had to pay twice because I didn’t want to move. OBNOXIOUS placement of receptacle. Instead of putting it where it can easily be reached, I had to crawl on the floor like I was changing oil and plug my converter in. "Nice hotel in a good location in Mangga Dua. The hotel is looking a little dated but actually there was renovation work going on. The price was good and included an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and incredibly friendly! "
