"Plan to stay only for 3 nights. However, the staffs hospitality win my hearts and continue another 2 more days. Shout out to Mr. Annas, Ms. Judith, Mr. Fa fa and Ms. Alicia for their attentiveness, professionalism and excellent hospitality. Room is big and clean. Breakfast have lots choices. Location is very strategic."

2 nights enjoyable stay at Ashley Hotel

"My wife and I enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Ashley hotel, the property looks to be well maintained. Services provided were excellent, however I have 3 small notes: The Staff at the restsurant needs to be more active especislly during the busy breakfast time. On 3 diffirent occasions i was diisappointed: When asking for omelette, for warm drink water and in the evening when asking my manggos be pilled off. I have to repratedly ask for it until I get what I need. "

Terrible Hotel and Awful Staff

"The amenities were poor, not enough toilet paper, and no towel at all. We have to request everything for our stay. The safe did not work, and I was told by my colleagues that the safe in their rooms did not work either. The technician came and spent 15-20 minutes, to finally declare they could not fix it. The service staff lied. We were waiting for the shuttle bus to the 2004 Asian International Stamp Exhibition in the near by building, and the shuttle bus never came. When we called the hotel, the front desk staff said the bus "is coming", then a lot of us waited for over an hour, no bus showed up. When we confronted the front desk staff, they shrugged and did not even apologize. This is a terrible hotel."
