"Plan to stay only for 3 nights. However, the staffs hospitality win my hearts and continue another 2 more days. Shout out to Mr. Annas, Ms. Judith, Mr. Fa fa and Ms. Alicia for their attentiveness, professionalism and excellent hospitality. Room is big and clean. Breakfast have lots choices. "We had an amazing stay at Alila, one of the best hotels I’ve been to in a long time. The hotel itself is beautiful, services and facilities top notch but particularly the service provided by all the staff in the restaurants and reception and especially Adi who chauffeured us from the airport and was a great help throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Jakarta Highly recommend the breakfast deal "

"Everything about the property and it's staff is excellent. The one thing for which the property has no control is the walkability around the area to go to places 15 or twenty minutes walk. It's an issue that there are either no side walks or they have been taken over by the storekeepers. To be honest, many neighborhoods around hotel properties in USA are also not walkable. Not that the stores have overtaken the space, rather these areas are only car friendly. Side walks do not exist. This issue is in rural and suburban America. While here the issue is in big cities "
