This hotel is the best, it was so clean, staff were so friendly and accommodating and there was never a feeling of it just being business. "Room and location were great. The hotel is new and modern. My room was quiet as it was off the street. I never heard noise from my neighbors. The only issues were the pillows were thin and not very comfortable. Also, the heat wanted to keep the room at 23 Celsius and would not get lower than that. I ended up turning it off and the room did not get cold, even though it was in the low very cold in January"

"Wonderful hotel within short walking distance right into Old Town, in what felt like a safe area with a tram stop right outside. Lovely large rooms with a beautiful view of the castle. The breakfast room was small but a good selection and always enough to eat. Would definitely recommend. We had a lovely stay. Thank you again. "

"This room was amazing! It was centrally located and easy to access. This was the first time we stayed in a lobby less hotel and I was a little hesitant but I would definitely stay here again. There was a place to store luggage around the corner since we arrived early and they were very friendly. Any time I messaged they responded promptly which I appreciated. "

Great hotel but….

"Fantastic hotel just off the beaten track. Great breakfast, comfortable bed. Great bar/ lobby area. What’s not to like? Restricted headroom - not easy for someone who is six foot. This should have been mentioned to us at check in "

"This hotel was in an excellent position for walking around the sites. I can not fault this hotel at all. Any questions or queries, they answered straight away. The staff were friendly and helpful. If there is any advise i can give, take an umbrella in winter & visit the little cafe nr the hotel (on the same side). Oh and also have a ride on the scenic tram number 42."
