"We really enjoyed our stay. We were only there on a stopover for 2 nights and had to pack a lot in. There was a mix up with our booking but the staff went out of their way to sort it out. The breakfast was one of the most well stocked we've experienced, which was great for our fussy children. The location was good for using the metro, which is a short walk away. And when we left, the staff were so helpful with getting us a taxi - the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend...

"I was only there for about 4 hours as i was taking the morning train and arrived late into Beijing. I would call it standard business hotel and found nothing objectionable about it. You still need to take a taxi to the train station. Not far but allow time for traffic coming into train station"

"I can't speak Mandarin and the staff made extra efforts, including using a phone app for translation, to help me. In the restaurant they found a menu in English and a member of staff who spoke English. I checked in had dinner and crashed - after a 13-hour flight - so otherwise didn't get involved with hotel facilities apart from the coffee shop."
