"The staff are so friendly here and are quite knowledgeable about what's around. The lobby is beautiful and has nice artwork on display. There is a number of elevators so it was never too long of a wait. I only tried the breakfast buffet and I thought it was good for the price. The room I ended up in while very spacious, was quite cold and while the staff explained how the heating system worked I don't think the heater functioned properly. Also the beds are stiff so if you don't like firm...

Great place to stay

"It's a really excellent hotel. Stayed in Mexico for three months and in Mexico City it's without doubt the best for value and comfort. Shower is excellent and the mattress is excellent. Tv is a good size and also it's not cold like a lot of hotels in the city. Perfect location as the main bus line is a two minute walk. Really clean too and nice little extra. "
