"Spent three nights in a junior king suite. Lovely room with a huge comfortable bed, large bathroom with spa bath. Balcony overlooking the lake as I think all rooms at this hotel do. Staff on reception and bar and restaurant very efficient and helpful. Would definitely stay here again should we visit Taupau in the future."

"A very spacious room with everything we needed. You can walk a minute to the lakeside with stunning views. Very good facilities with a heated pool just outside the door. The welcoming email gave a lot of useful information on the area. I would stay here again and highly recommend."

"The Ascott is an older style motel. The room was large, however the was not enough space to put your luggage except the floor. There were good drapes, so the room was dark at night, which helps with sleeping. the unit was clean apart from a few ants in the bath room "
