"2 days here were enough for us to feel relaxed and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were excellent and food was good with a wide variety. As we were hoping to do bird photography and didn’t see many birds amongst the tall trees so we were a little disappointed. "They keep chargeable-if-you-use items inside the room which I have not seen anywhere else in the world. There are bottles of water, beverages kept in the refrigerator in the room, packets of potato chips : all which they said will be payable if used. It was a strange thing to notice. They should not keep it in the room unless it has been ordered or asked for. So when I went to check-out, they made me wait till one of the managers went to the room and checked if any of the items have been used or...

"Breathtaking, warm welcome, truly a place to visit. When you get here they welcome you like family the 1st view is magical. Seeing the mountains, towns, tea plants. The rooms are clean, bed soft, bathroom clean, shower is heavenly, balcony view pristine plenty of space in the room. Breakfast and dinner was a buffet of course you can order what you like as well. "We recently enjoyed a two-day stay at Amberdale Hotel, and it was fantastic. The hotel offers several experiences for guests, including a morning short trek, a hike to a tea estate, and a visit to a nearby waterfall. We also loved the tea tasting, evening snacks, and the cozy night bonfire. Situated on a hilltop, our valley view room was breathtaking, showcasing beautiful tea plantations. The room was cool, cozy, and luxurious, with excellent amenities and a lovely walk-out balcony. The hotel also features a recreation area perfect for hanging out with friends. Additionally, the food was delicious, and the spa services were a nice touch (couldn't experience though). Overall, we had a wonderful stay, making it a great choice for everyone, especially couples. "great place for 2 or 3 nights, the wifi was excellent, only setback is that you can hear the people in the tent next door.The trail to the hotel is very rough and not an easy ride.The employees at the resort are very helpful and my favorites were Dilip and Manoj. Dilip will take great photos early morning in the trail.Manas will help you 24 hours if you need it. hiker shoes are very important."
