Only thing we did not like is our room placement, we booked east with pool, since it east we expected to see sunlight at the morning but room we got was on lower level and did not seen any sun. This place is amazing! We stayed in one of their 1 bedroom ocean villas and I can honestly say it is the best hotel stay that I have ever had. Excellent service and the food was good. And of course the private pool and views of the Andaman ocean were amazing. Would definitely come back again.

If you need quiet and just want to spend time with your spouse sir panwa is the place for you but if you looking for the party lifestyle this isn't the place for you. My wife and I enjoyed our stay but everything on the resort closes at 8pm. Also the resort is 30mins for everything and it cheaper taken cap we download the bolt app for cheap cap ride.

This place was a huge disappointment with absolutely terrible customer service. We paid $2200 US dollars to stay here for 4 nights during our honeymoon. Upon check in we were informed that one of the 4-5 restraints at the place would be closed during the duration of our stay. Not only that but there was going to be a wedding that was going to be preventing us from using the nicest spot for our first night there - we were told this would only be happening the one night. On our last night they left a flyer in our room saying that there was going to be yet another wedding that they lied to us about upon check in that would be preventing us from using the nicest rooftop area for the entire day once again. We paid $2200 dollars for being able to use the place half of the time and when I spoke to the front desk about my frustrations of not being able to use any of the facilities they took away from us for 2 of the 4 nights of our honeymoon stay I was informed that they were willing to wave the minimum that we had to spend to go to one or the other bars 😂. This place has terrible customer service and I would not recommend this to anyone.
