"I spent 2 weeks in India and this hotel was simply the best! The staff was unbelievably pleasant and welcoming. I felt like I received personal service from the manager and the staff. The physical facilities were top notch and the views were amazing. The complimentary morning tea gardens tour was just a cherry on the sundae. I booked this property as we had an extra final day at the end of our itinerary, but once there I felt I should have spent several days. Next time!"

"All staff members were attentive to guests’ needs and were available easily. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet. The location is excellent if one likes being surrounded by dense greenery and forests. In room: Electrical outlets and plumbing fixtures had issues in both rooms we had booked. WiFi was not functional and we had to get credentials from lobby. Overall WiFi was spotty. "

"We had such a lovely time staying at The Panoramic Getaway. The hotel was spotless and had great amenities. We took advantage of the rooftop pool, restaurants, and Ayurvedic treatments. "The reception when we first arrived was a bit frosty. The restaurant breakfast service was extremely poor. Our Valley view room had a toilet roll holder you find in some office buildings where roll is locked and tissue is pulled though a small gap. Two days in a row, the tissue was trapped and could not be pulled out. Each time this happens you hsve to call reception to get it sorted.
