"My first trip to New York I stayed with this property for a week. I'm from a small town and was there on work. I was so lost nicest staff I've ever met, had to ask directions daily. I always heard people in NYC can be a little ruff, nothing could be further from the truth. Great hotel wonder staff. Have to go back next year I already booked my stay here. "Perfect location for us next to the 28TH St Metro … easy to navigate all of Manhattan … rooms look bigger on the website but manageable … nice that they have a coffee maker, microwave and fridge - highly recommend going to a local gourmet deli for in room staples because eating out everyday is very, very pricey … excellent staff that took care of everything that came up as the lobby was busy everyday with guests coming and going … "
