"Welcoming lobby and handy to have shop, pharmacy and cafe inside the hotel. However the bathrooms could do with an overhaul. I could even reach the towels as they were at least 6 foot up the wall, maybe more. The plug for the bath didnt work snd the shower was freezing. Staff very abrupt, no smiles. Bed was tiny and uncomfortable."
