We noted there was a sign for a beauty salon on the second floor, but when we asked at the reception about a facial/massage we were told they didn't do them. Overall this was a very good place to stay, we would go back again."

"My sister and I shared a premier twin room that was a good size for the 2 of us w view of skytree and sensoji. Location was great. Front desk staff very good. Coffee in lobby very good. Auto self checkout quick and easy. Only con: breakfast was disappointing. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. There are 2 building, make sure you stay in the main building vs the annex. I think the annex use to be smoking room, there are still lingering smell of the past even though it is currently a non-smoking facility. This is my go to place whenever I visit Tokyo. clean room, friendly staff, amazing onsen to relax in after a long day of exploring the city. "

"This hotel is in good location,less crowded compare to other areas like Shibuya. There’s beautiful Skytree tower, a mall and Skytree station across the street, grocery store on the first floor. They have Sizzler restaurant inside the hotel and a share lounge where you can have snacks and free coffee. Highly recommended."
