"We went with my 3 and 6 year old. It was clean, the pool was so much fun. The buffet, lunch and dinner restaurants had many choice and healthy food choices. Getting a golf cart to go around the resort was not hard. Perfect spot for families and young kids. The hotel was clean, even the pool washrooms were clean. Happy staff and happy guests there. "

"Wonderful resort with plenty to do. We were a family of 7 with grandchildren ages 2-7 with plenty of activities for everyone. I’d also like to give a positive review & shout out to Felipe at the Water park! He is part of the wait staff for the water park and took excellent care of the family every day. "Beautiful place to stay in very cleans lots to do in the hotel. The only problem we had was with the servers in the pm in the buffet they would completely ignore us and didn’t bother to ask how we were doing or bring us drinks and they would try to say that we couldn’t be in the buffet! The am staff in the morning was amazing we would always try to find Angel he was always friendly and we also love Jacinto in the bar area really fun and friendly! I would recommend the Royalton Hotel! "
