"You know what to expect from an Ibis. Simple but good for the price and convenience. This Ibis was not good at all. Service was really poor. I asked for a quiet room at reception and we were given a room next to the lift. Very noisy. We had booked a 'mountain view' room, but were given a lake view room at no extra cost, and which saved us an extra flight of stairs to carry bags.
