Cons: The showers have a glass partition that covers only 1/4 of the shower so all the water runs out to the floor. Thin walls so you can hear drawers and closets open and close in other rooms. Pros: 5 stars to the staff as they’re all friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was decent with Vietnamese and Continental menu choices. Hotel walking distance to Ben Thanh market and City Center.

Great location. Cleaning staff are excellent. Front desk staff were hit or miss. Nothing bad, some just seemed distracted. Overall nice hotel.

I was a bit concerned when I book this hotel as some of the previous reviews weren’t very good and I book it for location. However the hotel was good value, staff excellent , linen fresh and clean and breakfast although not brilliant, was still very good.

We had a very spacious room. satisfied with the upkeep of our room. The staff were accommodating to our request for assistance specially when the AC didn't work well on the 1st 2 nights. Location was very near the shopping centers.

We were given the room right above the lobby and street facing. It was extremely noisy. Having a family with young kids, the early morning karaoke guy and late party-goers really dampened the stay. The morning buffet was good. Lots of selections. It is a great location though.

Decent but won't be returning
Pros: Location! I would say this is the main pro of this place. Location was great and near many things. The rooms were decently clean. Could be better but not bad. Cons: Both rooms we booked had a weird smell (like wet clothes, the front desk workers are not super friendly (look like they just want to go home). Very LOUD at night and morning since its a small hotel on a busy street. You will be awaken early in the morning and hear lots of noise at night as well. Small hotel, no lobby. The lobby is connected to their breakfast room. Breakfast was nothing spectacular either, we went first day and never returned. The price point is in the middle. Next time I'd rather pay for a cheaper hotel (a friend stayed at one cheaper and had less complaints) or pay more and stay at the sheraton down the road. Wouldn't come back here.

The staffs is so rude; The front staffs watch out every single step when we’ve wait our taxi after we checking. It seems you can use any stuffs like plate or glass. For me if you pay for this price; you should go somewhere better services.
