"A fabulous little hotel in a fantastic location right in the heart of Lyon’s shopping and restaurants and close to the old town. The location couldn’t have been better. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when returning to Lyon."

"Hotel Charite worked well for us. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The double room was smaller than expected from the photos. Was tight for our luggage. The Bathroom lacks some features and amenities, but works fine. Location is right next to train station but you only hear trams on occasion (we stayed just Saturday night). "

"Decorated like an old school, this place had charm! They provided tea and coffee in the rooms and offered wine service for when you arrived for an extra charge. I also had difficulty getting a hold of a tour company I booked through and the hotel staff called them throughout the day until they got back to me. It was incredible and a huge stress reliever. "We enjoyed very much our 2 days stay at the Hôtel des Célestins, very well situated between the lovely Place des Celestins, the river Saone and place Bellecour (Metro) , pedestrians street . Very quiet. Friendly staff. Old building with all the confort . Good breakfast included . "
