"I liked how close and convenient the property is to the wharf, Cannery Row and freeway. Our was fairly quiet even being next to the pool/hot tub. We were not a fan of the bed. It was most uncomfortable. It was too soft and made it difficult to roll over and the pillows flattened shortly after being laid on. The room was small. It really wasn’t anything exception considering the cost. "

"The hotel is on the beach which made the stay wonderful. We could hear the ocean waves from our room. There are gas fire pits on the ocean side of the hotel that are turned on in the evening which makes it even nicer. The room was cozy. It did not have carpeting to attract the sand from our walk on the beach, but it did nice flooring. The only negative comment I have is that the room above ours had dogs and we could hear their nails on the floor as they walking around in the room. I do not...

My #1 issue is that the parking lot for overnight guests has less spots than rooms in the hotel. 3 times I had to find street parking, and it was a very busy weekend. My closest walk was 7 mins and my longest 15. And the first time I tried I drove around for more than an hour looking for ANYWHERE to park. So, be smart before booking this hotel if you’re not up for that. Second thing: only electric baseboard heat. Very tough to manage the temperature...
