"This is our second time here for New Year’s and it’s great! You can’t beat the location, walking distance to everything: food, shops, Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, the water front. The prices are very reasonable along with the charge for parking, better than most in the same area. Our only complaint would be the few leaks here and there in the underground parking but just park where it’s not leaking and it’s all good. Our view of the Space Needle was so spectacular that we decided to just view the fireworks from our balcony! The room was comfortable with all the amenities one could want and breakfast is offered daily but we were too tired to get up early. Yes we would recommend and plan on staying here again and again. "
