Pros- location (close to groceries, multiple eating places, short drive to Seattle, Bellevue, airport); size, parking, family-friendly area Cons - no bedding was available for the futon or air mattress for the first night & the 5th person passed an uncomfortable night; housekeeper supposedly came daily but there was no evidence of it (trash not removed, dust bunny on floor); guest can't control thermostat; somewhat thin walls between...

"The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. Super affordable."

"My room did not have a bathroom, but the available one just down the hall was very clean and I think I was the only one using it. Day or night it was clean, close and always available. The staff were excellent, so friendly and attentive. Because the hotel is quite old and historically registered, there were few modern conveniences in the rooms, but not missed to be sure! I watched my "TV" on my phone and they do have excellent wifi availability. "

"Very quiet area compared to the rest of Seattle, love that is was walkable in the morning for breakfast. Husband is not a huge fan of not going to a hotel,but he didn’t complain much at all."

"This is a lovely home very carefully thought out to make guests feel welcome and well cared for. The owners are available by text to help if you have an issue (we did not but they promptly welcomed us when we told them we had arrived and told us to feel free to contact them anytime). The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and both panoramic windows and a deck to enjoy them. We stayed with another couple for 2 nights. All four of us were very happy!"

"Way overpriced for someones basement that they couldn't even be bothered to remove spiderwebs from. Parking was an issue from the moment we arrived, as they requested we have assigned parking that was already taken by their friend. Was told to contact them immediately if this happens and spent 30 minutes waiting for a reply. The pictures on the website are advertising a better place than what was seen. Request no noise from tenents visiting but expect loud noises from the house above."
