Everyone who works behind the desk needs Customer Service training. Especially the woman with the bandaged nose. I had to yell out a question to her three times. She was sitting on the counter i small area aside from the front desk. She didn't come to the counter when I was standing there. I guess its because she could see me. However, I should not have had to raise my voice or repeat myself three times. I also.had to extend my stay two times and each time, I had to pay a new Security Deposit. And of course you'll get it back at some point. I also thought that was very poor taste.
