"This hotel was the house of the grandparents of the owner. She is very sweet and tells you the history of the building and of her family. The hotel has only six rooms, and is therefore very special and different from a large-box hotel. It is extremely clean and the room was perfect, and in a residential, interesting neighborhood. If you want a more personal hotel and connection to Israel, compared to standard hotels, I highly recommend Hotel Biazi."

"Location is great, right near Mamila mall. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Room was clean, and bed was great; nice amenities, too. The room overlooked a construction site, which detracted from our experience. Also, the room needed a paint job - there were places where the paint was chipped off. The lock needed to be lubricated. And the light switches were hard to decipher. Overall, a good experience, but not top-notch - but it was definitely a good value for the price!"

"What a lovely place to stay in Jerusalem! I believe this is owned by the Vatican and a particular place for Christian pilgrims. It is clean and beautiful, and the staff is exceptional. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"The staff at the Cassia are its strongest plus . Ahwad and Ali and Zafir all went above and beyond for my wife and I during our stay . Everyone of the staff has a desire to help and it was much appreciated. Baselle was also a very excellent Barman and I had a great experience with him . The housekeeping staff did an amazing job and kept us very comfortable as well! Mary was an excellent and efficient contributor to our wonderful stay . The hotel itself was beautiful with all of the intriguing art installations and the room with a view of the old city was extremely comfortable! The bed was fantastic and linens were top notch. I can’t say enough about this stellar group of people and the place we called home for a month! Thank you Maurits Van Den Berg for your hospitality and incredible leadership to make the Cassia what it is ."
