"We stayed in many hotels this last month in Japan, and the Metropolitan ranked in our top 4. Its location is ideal, being 5 minutes from the station and shopping street, and within 10 minutes walk of 2 temples. "Great seaside resort. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. The private baths were simply divine, perfect way to relax and unwind. Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map.
