"According to the neighbor and the staffs, they opened April 2024 from previous old hotel with minor renovation. Very beautiful location and spacious property, but unfortunately the place needs improvement. 1 The carpet, specially, spa area smells as fungus. 2 So many steps are very dangerous for all people. "It was great. Wonderful, friendly and thoughtful staff. Front desk was great help with so many questions. It's nice that some staff did not speak English, and some did very well. One morning my daughter was exhausted and couldn't make breakfast. Without asking the chef packed her a special to go breakfast that was perfect and amazing. Arigato gozaimasu Kamakura WeBase....
