"This is a convenient hotel to stay at when attending an event at Edmonton Rogers Place. Overall, the service and facilities are good. "We've stayed here a number of years for a week at a time visiting family. It feels like things are slowly sliding downhill: the heating isn't working well, the hot water is inconsistent and our toilet wasn't working at times. That said, staff are gems and Cora downstairs is a great place for breakfast."

"What we didn’t like: Turning on sink faucet with massive pressure that you soaked your clothes each time. Outdated rooms. Beds were creaky and stiff. Even with a hot breakfast it was very limited. Back door to lobby locked after certain time and had to walk around the whole hotel to front doors in freezing cold at night. We liked the spacious room. Had lots of extra space. Liked 11:00 checkout. There was adequate parking. "
