Front desk agent was difficult to deal with. Told us we got a “complimentary upgrade” which it was exactly the same room I had booked, I think they just moved us up floors and we overlooked the city which was noisy, I’d recommend trying to get river view. The property was in a convenient location for what we were visiting Calgary for. Room was clean but basic.
