The nice rooms are in the tower , which is a different building than the amenities. So your either in a small cramped room near amenities or in a nice(r) room away from them. Rooms in the tower were very cold , pool area was cold , gym lights are motion activated and turned off halfway through my bike.

Booked thru Expedia. Given the wrong room 2x. Booked a king bed with sofa/ he tried to give us a room with just the sofa The hotel is a maze and so inconvenient. The front desk agent obviously had no clue what he was doing. It was late and we were tired and didn’t appreciate being ducked around with the way we were so we left! Terrible customer service! Of course since we booked with Expedia, waiting and u sure if we will even get a refund/ not impressed.

We stayed for one night for a Staycation with our two young children and got to enjoy a relaxing time at the Sandman. Shereen at the front desk was so accommodating and her customer service was impeccable! She was able to help us get a room close to the pool area which my kids loved. We will highly recommend this hotel and will stay again and a big thanks for Shereen at the front desk for helping us make our stay memorable!
