"Staff are friendly and polite. Rooms are clean, and it was helpful they provided a robe you can wear in the room and that coin-operated washing machines/dryers didn’t require you to have detergent.
It’s very conveniently located, with numerous restaurants and convenience stores available in a short walking distance."

"So happy I stayed here, at the Shin Osaka area. After a long trip to tokyo, then shinkansen to Osaka, ot was a relief that the nice hotel was in the terminal. Im used to trekking in 90° weather to a hotel thats 15 mins away. Recommend highly.. great staff too!!"
"If safety is a concern for you this is the place! We needed 2 different codes to get into the building and felt very safe. The location is good but it is near an elevated train line that will occasionally sound like low thunder, something to be aware of for light sleepers.
Pros:

* Really close to the train station and grocery stores.
Cons:
* Train noise
* The sofa needs to be replaced. It was stained and wouldn't hold it's shape when you sat in it, just kind of fell apart.
