The staff was great, located near the station, and post office. Very easy to get around and a great home base for western Japan. For help for those have not been in the area, from Shinkansen, follow the sign to Midosuji lines. you would be using exit 6 to get closest to the hotel

The hotel was in an excellent location, within walking distance to Shin-Osaka train station, and the metro station was even closer. There is a Family Mart convenience store just around the corner, as well as a restaurant at the corner of the building. The hotel was in a safe area, and I did not feel unsafe at all walking from the train/metro station to the hotel at night. I love that there is a water station on each floor. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. There is also a laundry room (2 machines, each machine is a combo washer dryer), but the dryer part of it wasn't as great as a standalone dryer machine would have been. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Room is clean with good WiFi. Near shinkansen and metro station. Right beside track but is not noisy. In a quiet part of city. The hotel is not the easiest to get to at first, but once you get it, it's easy. The restaurant at the bottom floor is good. Receptionist not the most friendly
