"Staff were very helpful and attentive and friendly. My family and I stayed for the second time in March 2025 and my wife still likes the hotel. Easy 10 min stroll to Shin Osaka station but note that Shin Osaka station can be very confusing if you are not familiar with it. "

"Very underrated hotel, stayed here in 2018 when I came to see the cherry blossoms with my mom and again in 2023 on a trip with my fiancé. The room and hotel is very tiny but for $50-60 a night I can't complain. There was hardly any other foreign tourists it was mainly Japanese business men and locals all around which was a breath of fresh air coming from Tokyo which was overcrowded with rude tourists. The station was just a street away which I loved as well. I want to come back again "

"I was looking for a place that I can stay away from the tourist crowd at the same time convenient to make day trips to see the city Osaka and its attractions. This place has convenient access to public transportation. And the location and facility provides such an amazing view of the city and affinities. The staff is so friendly, amazing food and service! Toyoko Inn Osaka Hankyu Juso Station Nishi 2

"The hotel is located in Juso which is just two stops from Umeda- Osaka station on the Hankyu line. The hotel is just a short walk from the station & there are many shops & restaurants & near-by. The hotel is newly renovated & everything is in great condition. The room is more spaceous than some standard Japanese hotel, we were lucky to have the room facing the river & Umeda Skyline. Staff were extremely helpful & most of them could speak English. I would like to give a special thank you to Kuka San for helping me send a parcel to Hokkaido. Kuka san was very friendly & helpful & assisted me in all the paper work for the delivery as I cannot speak or read Japanese. We highly recommend thís hotel to anyone who wish to visit Osaka & is looking for a quite to stay away from the busy area. The hotel serve tasty complementary breakfast.The only suggestion we have is that the maybe to replace the pillows as we found they were too low & soft."
